General Enquiry

The very first step of Aus-Visa is to done general inquiry of a candidate. Under this process we check candidate's eligibility for particular visa. Our team will ask questions about candidate's education, age and nationality without any submission of documents.

Counseling Session

Aus-Visa help student to find out the best option relating to study destination, recommended institutions and courses available.

Admission Process

The process of admission in Australia can also be intricate, like some    Student Visas can be  lodged online; some require proof of funds; and some have different requirements for family members depending on individual situation. To make it process easier, we will do all necessary process on the student's behalf. Once the student has decided where they want to study, Aus-Visa helps them complete the application to the institutions of their choice.We will also give you the complete checklist of the documents you will require when the time comes to apply for your visa. We lodge an application on the behalf of the candidate in Australian Universities. Once their application accepted they receive an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE).

Document Checklist

The complete checklist of documents given below:

• Candidate's complete Educational mark sheets including 10th, 12th and Degree.
• Candidate ILETS test card with minimum 6.5 points in all bands. More than 6.5 points in ILETS gets preference.
• Candidate's certified copies of the biographical pages of the current passports
• One recent passport sized photograph (photograph should be of the head and shoulders only against a plain background)

Visa lodgment

To lodge your visa application, Aus-Visa will keep you updated as to the progress of your visa application.

Undertake Medicals

You will need to take on a medical examination within 28 days of lodging  your visa application.The doctor who done your medical exam should be approved by the Australian government. Your doctor will forward the medical report to visa office directly. The complete list of approved panel of doctors can be found on Australian government immigration website.

Visa Outcome

Aus-Visa will notify you the outcome of your visa application so you can come into office and collect your grant letter.
