Business Innovation and Investment - Provisional

This visa is for those people who want to establish and manage a new or existing business. This is also suitable for people who wish to make an investment in Australia. The visa has three main streams:

• The Business Innovation stream is suitable for those people who want to manage and own a new or existing business in Australia.
• The Investor stream is suitable for those people who want to make a designated investment in Australia. The investment should be at least AUD1.5million in an Australian territory or state.
• The Significant Investor stream is suitable for those people who are eager to invest in Australia and want to continue business and investment activity in Australia after the original investment has matured.

Investor Retirement

This visa is applicable for people from overseas, who are above 55 years of age. Investor retirement is considered for self funder retired people with no depended (except the partner) want to live in Australia in their retirement days. This particular visa will not lead to Australian permanent residency. The holder of this visa can live in Australia for four years, work in Australia and travel in and out of Australia for number of times till the visa is valid.

Business Innovation and Investment - Permanent

This visa is the second stage of the Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa. This visa will allows you to carry on business and investment in the country. You can only apply for this visa after fulfilling the necessities of provisional visa. The visa has also three streams:

• The Business Innovation stream is suitable for those people who wish to continue to manage and own business in Australia
• The Investor stream is suitable for those people who wish to maintain business or investment activity in the country after the designated investment has matured
• The Significant Investor stream is suitable for those people who are eager to maintain business and investment activity in the country after the original complying investment has matured.

Business Owner visa

A business owner visa is suitable for those people who own and manage a business in Australia. This is a Permanent residence visa and you will be allowed to travel in and out of Australia for five years. You can only eligible to get this visa if you:

• hold one of the required provisional business visas
• Managed your business in Australia for the last two years.​

State/Territory Sponsored Business Owner visa

The State/Territory Sponsored Business Owner visa is suitable for those people who possess a new or existing business and are sponsored by a state or territory authority. You can only eligible to apply this visa if you

• hold a qualifying provisional visa
• are sponsored by a state or territory authority.​
