  1. Temporary Work (Skilled) visa

    2. This visa allows skilled workers to work in Australia for an approved business for up to four years.

    Requirements
    • Applicant must be sponsored by an approved business.
    • Applicant must be in or outside Australia when he/she lodge the application.
    • Applicant must have the required skills to fill a nominated position by an approved business.

    This visa allow you to
    • work in Australia for up to four years
    • bring your family to study or work in Australia
    • travel in and out of Australia as many times as you want.

  2. Skilled Nominated visa

    3. This visa allows you to work and live in Australia as a permanent resident. Skilled Nominated visa is point-tested skilled workers who are nominated by a territory or state government agency.

    Requirements
    • obtained a suitable skill assessment for particular occupation
    • not more than 50 years of age
    • ILETS- 7 band in each section
    • should be nominated by an Australian territory or state government agency
    • nominated an occupation that is on the SOL

    This visa allow you to
    • live in Australia
    • study and work in Australia
    • enjoy Australia's scheme for health-related care
    • apply for Australian citizenship
    • can sponsor relatives for permanent residence

  3. Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa

    4. This visa allows skilled workers to work and live in particular regional areas in Australia for up to four years.

    Requirements
    Invited Pathway
    • not more than 50 years of age
    • should be nominated by an Australian territory or state government agency
    • can be sponsored by an eligible relative living in a designated area
    • nominated an occupation that is on the SOL
    • ILETS- 7 band in each section
    • achieved the desired score based on the factors in the points test
    • obtained a suitable skill assessment for particular occupation

    Extended Stay Pathway
    Before applying this visa you must hold a provisional visa in subclass 475, 496, 487 or 495
